Frans J. Breumelhof is an independent management consultant who specialises on high performance organisations. Previously he has been a senior management consultant with GITP International BV since 1992 in the same work field. During this period he was in charge of the commercial management of (sub)divisions within the advisory board as well.

He is preferably active as consultant within managerially and organisationally complex fields of action and also acts as a co-manager and coach, and as an interim manager for changing organisations, both with the government and in business life.

Over the years he has gained in-depth knowledge in management development and in so-called ‘High Performance’ within professional organisations and in top leadership levels, preferably in a cross cultural setting.

He has over twenty-five years of experience with the government, respectively in management positions and as a senior internal management consultant in the judicial branch, and in police organizations.
